Shipping Information:

After payment On Paypal, it takes 3-5 days for funds to transfer to our bank account.All in stock furniture and unframed prints will be shipped within 10-15 business days. All custom art and furniture backorders will be shipped within 14-21 days. All orders will be shipped by a Freight company or UPS. Each custom framed art piece will be packed in bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts.

There will be no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International location.


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Orders may be cancelled as long as they are not shipped out. Exceptions are special orders. Special orders can only be cancelled within 3 days of order date. Please email us to cancel orders. Orders already in transit can't be cancelled. You must notify us by email within 2 days of receiving damaged orders. All returns must be sent in their original containers to receive credit. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in original boxes. To return items for refund or exchange please contact us by email or phone for return forms and labels. If your item was shipped"Free Shipping,"we will charge our "actual" outbound charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived on exchanges for items of equal or greater value, or a store credit. Once an item has been assembled,it is no loner returnable.
